Biting wounds with dogs

Sometimes dogs bite each other. Dogs can be familiar from each other, but moast of the times it are strangers from each other. An biting wound from another dog is easy to get.

Have to dogs fight examen them good on wounds from bites, it seems innocent, but these wounds can give a lot of problems when you not notice them on time. Even a graze can get a big infected wound. Always go to the veterinairy and let the wound be examend. The veterinarian will be cleaning the wound. The wounds are not easy to find if you have a dog with long hair, but look at the places where the hair is wet and slobbery.

If the wound or graze is not niticed right away, and later on you find a wound a graze or brushe, also go to the veterinarian, you probably do get an antibiotic for you're dog,


Keep an eye on the wound, even after a veterinarian dit cleane it. The wound still can be infected. If the wound changes from color, turns in toe blue or black, or gets black or white edges or changes from shape (thicker), please be allert and go to the vererinarian.
The wound turns in to black = the skin is dying
The wound turns becomes white edges = wild meat is growing there
If the wound is growing it needs to be cleaned

Dying skin and wild meat schould be removed.
